The options available on this page change based on whether you have selected a folder or a location in the Network Explorer tree (left panel).
Browse shows the items in the selected folder or location with the total items in a grey bar. In browse mode, a folder will not show watches or controllers by default but you can search for these items in locations within the folder.
You can only open items if you have the relevant permission. For example, you need the permission Manage folders/locations to open a folder or a location.
If you have selected a folder and Create New..., you see these options:

It's not possible to create a folder or location within a location. You can create the following items:

This section allows you to search for, edit and move items in Highlight starting from the folder or location you have selected in the Network Explorer tree (left panel).
Search term: enter a string of characters, for example, AB123 will find uukAB123 and xab123txy. Searches are not case-sensitive. Then click (or use the Return key).
The search term will be compared against the name, the description (if available) and the email address (for users only). You can also search on the device IP address, reference, product type and interface for watches.

There are 5 possible icons (on the left):
for bearers, including switches and wireless controllers
for bearers with an interface marked as dormant
for classes, multilinks and VLANs
for Wireless Access Points
for controllers
Name, bandwidth, product type (if available, otherwise watch type) and description (if available) are shown
(On the right) Indicates the watch is set to Visibility: Internal meaning only service providers can see the watch
Amber items show data but do not collect data
Red items do not show data nor collect data (watches) or are disabled (controllers)
Users
Users are sorted alphabetically by first name and the email address is shown
A new user who has not yet set a password will have a faded user icon
Expired accounts have an amber user icon and amber text
Suspended accounts have a red user icon and red text
Containers
Visibility: internal the container is set to Visibility: Internal meaning only service providers can see it
N the number of watches included in the container is shown
Tile enabled Tile not enabled indicates the container has a service tile enabled
App Test column enabled App Test column not enabled indicates the container has an App Test column in the Grid enabled
Recurring One time only Maintenance not enabled indicates the container has a recurring, one time only or no maintenance window enabled, hover on the icon for more details
Image: the logo that will appear on the container shown as a tile
Test templates
Test name, type and description are shown
If you have the required user permission, you can move items. For example, you can move a user with the permission Manage users.
Move an item to another folder (if a folder, location or user), or to another location (if a watch or user), by using drag and drop onto the Network Explorer tree. This control appears to the left of the item icon on hover.
Alternatively click the clipboard on the right of any line to temporarily store the item. Then use Network Explorer to navigate to the new folder and click on the item in the clipboard to complete the move. If an item in the clipboard is not to be moved, click to clear it. The item remains in its original position.
